Images du Monde Solidaire (Pictures of a Solidary World) is the combination of two persons : Chloe Thome & Vincent Henkens. Together, they are offering their services to NGO, associations, foundations and social enterprises who wish to communicate professionally. Communicate effectively has become a necessity for those involved in the solidarity and development.
Chloé Thôme – Photographer
Chloe Thome obtained a Master degree in Performing arts (European Focus) at the University of Brussels in 2007. Since then she has participated in several theatrical projects, including the Brussels collective Transquinquennal and directors such as Olivier Coyette and Dominique Roodthooft. Meanwhile, she also worked as coordinator for the Isabella Soupart Company for almost 2 years. Currently, she is dedicated to the production and diffusion work and she works as freelance photographer with the project Images du Monde Solidaire.
Vincent Henkens – Film maker
Degree in “social work community and cultural development” and specialized (DES) in multimedia communications, Henkens Vincent first worked for 4 years as coordinator sociocultural and responsible “media” at the cultural center of Brussels North. In 2009, he created with Chloe Thome Images du Monde Solidaire and produced many films for NGO, foundations and social enterprises (World Paediatricians, ChildSafe, the Belgian Federation of Trade Fair, the festival Alimenterre, Save Child Refugee, Acodo, 1001 Fountains, etc..). He also works within the Asociation “Cassiopea”, which aims to connect sustainable virtual networks and associations promoting the appropriation of new information technologies and communication.
